GymROI ("the App") is developed by Nelson Uprety ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

• No device identifiers
• No usage analytics
• No crash reports

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Your gym membership fee amount
• Your workout log entries
• Your app preferences (currency, weekly target)
• Your in-app purchase status (Pro/Free)

This data never leaves your device. We have no servers, no database, and no ability to access your data.

4. In-App Purchases

GymROI offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat solely to verify your purchase entitlement in anonymous mode. RevenueCat does not receive any personally identifiable information from us.

Your payment information is handled exclusively by Apple and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses RevenueCat solely for anonymous in-app purchase validation. No personal data is shared with RevenueCat.

6. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you control it entirely. Deleting the App permanently removes all data. We retain no data on any server because we have no servers.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store.

8. Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have concerns, contact us at the email below.

9. GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA Compliance

GymROI is designed to be fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA by collecting no personal data whatsoever. No consent is required because no data is collected.
