1. Acceptance

By downloading or using GymROI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

GymROI is a personal finance tool that calculates your gym membership cost-per-session. It is provided for informational purposes only.

Important: GymROI displays calculations based solely on data you enter. We make no representations about the accuracy of your gym membership costs or workout data. The App is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription.

Pro Monthly — $2.99/month

Includes 7-day free trial. Auto-renews monthly.

Pro Annual — $19.99/year

Includes 7-day free trial. Auto-renews annually.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase verification

5. Data and Privacy

All your data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Deleting the App permanently deletes all your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from App deletion, device failure, or device transfer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF BUGS. GYMROI CALCULATIONS ARE BASED ON USER-ENTERED DATA AND ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON APP OUTPUT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NELSON UPRETY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nelson Uprety from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
